OmniFlux AI builds privacy-first mobile apps powered by on-device AI. Our apps are architected so that personal content — your voice, your images, your text, your code — is processed entirely on the hardware you own.

This privacy notice covers two surfaces:

• This marketing website (omnifluxai.com)
• The mobile applications we publish (collectively, the "Apps")

Where the two differ, we say so explicitly.

• Local by default. Inference, storage and computation default to your device. The cloud is opt-in and never required for core functionality.
• No accounts. Our Apps do not require sign-in. There is no user database to leak, lose or subpoena.
• No telemetry. We do not embed analytics SDKs, crash reporters, ad SDKs or session replay tools in our Apps.
• No silent network calls. You can revoke network permission for any of our Apps and they will continue to function.
• Open about what we do. This page is the contract; the architecture is the proof.

Nothing leaves your device by default. All audio, video, text and inferred metadata is created, processed and stored locally on the device.

Specifically:

• We do not transmit your raw inputs (audio, photos, text) to any server we operate.
• We do not transmit transcripts, summaries, embeddings or model outputs to any server we operate.
• We do not assign you a user identifier, advertising identifier or device fingerprint for our own use.
• We do not track which features you use, when you use them or how long you use them.

If a future App offers an opt-in cloud feature (for example, encrypted backup), we will gate it behind an explicit, in-app permission prompt and document it on this page before it ships.

This marketing site is intentionally minimal:

• Essential cookies for language preference (e.g. lang=zh).
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for ≤ 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes (IP address, user agent, request path).
• No third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Hotjar, no session replay).
• No tracking pixels in any email we send.

If you submit your email through the "Subscribe" form, we use it for a single purpose — to email you when a new product launches — and we will never sell, rent or share it.

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our architecture does not collect personal information from anyone, this commitment is structural, not procedural.

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• Right to access: because all your App data lives on your device, you already have full access — open any App and look.
• Right to deletion: delete the App, or use its in-app "erase all data" control.
• Right to portability: export your data as Markdown, JSON, SRT or PDF from inside the App.
• Right to object: revoke network permission for the App.

You do not need to email us to invoke these rights — we do not hold a copy of your data to act on.

Because we do not host user data, we have nothing to produce in response to a government data request. If we are served with a valid legal request for user content, our response will be a description of our architecture and a statement that no responsive records exist.

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and announce the change in our Journal. Substantive changes will not be applied retroactively to data already on your device — because we do not have any.
